Description

At the Capital Region Ear Institute Dr. David Foyt is using a revolutionary new laser that enables minimally invasive ear surgery. The new "BeamPath" CO2 laser fiber acts as a precise surgical scalpel and is used to treat different forms of hearing impairment or deafness . It is a very safe treatment and minimally invasive treatment for conditions such as Otosclerosis (Stapes surgery) and Cholesteatoma, as well as for gentle removal of scar tissue and adhesions from delicate sturctures in the middle ear.
