Description
The device is similar to a pacemaker in design. Surgery was not an option for many people with seizures. A pacemaker for the brain is designed to act as a "defibrillator" for the brain. Considered to be the most advanced technology for the treatment of seizures. When seizures are detected the device detects it and sends out a stimulatory wave to stop the seizure.
