This woman should really do her research! In japan they use ionized water in hospitals, agriculture, and water ionizers meeting certain standareds are classified as a medical devices! Not only does ionization increase Ph level it also puts a negative charge on the water creating ORP to 900 (oxidation reduction potential) making water into the most powerful anti oxidant there is!!!!.
